Administration Officer 

Shannon Service is an experienced administration and governance professional with more than 25 years of experience across the education, technology, and professional services sectors in Australia, the United Kingdom, and the Asia-Pacific region. She holds a Bachelor of Business Management and brings extensive expertise in business systems, governance, and process improvement.

As Administration Officer at QIS BGA, Shannon supports Queensland independent schools throughout the capital grant process, helping schools navigate administrative requirements, and engage effectively with QIS BGA programs.

Shannon also provides governance and operational support to the Board, Committees, and Secretariat, contributing to the effective administration of capital grant programs and the continuous improvement of business systems and processes.
